How do I pay?
Once the operator has finished your clean, you can pay him by cash, cheque, or online payments. You will receive an invoice through your door if you are out. Simply return this to the address written on the form or pay online.
Do you have experience?
Yes we have been cleaning for over 20 years and are fully trained in both pure water fed pole technology and in traditional methods.
Will you clean my windows in the rain?
Yes but only in light showers, this is because we offer an all year cleaning service. With our wet cleaning system it makes no difference to the finished cleaning quality. Working in this way ensures that you get your property cleaned regularly.
Why do you do a risk assessment when supplying a quote?
We take Health and Safety seriously, we need to eliminate any risk to our operators so we always do a risk assessment to ensure we can work safely. It also allows us to evaluate which equipment to be used.
How will I know when to leave my gate open?
We can on request inform you by text message or phone call the day before we clean.
Do you clean during the winter?
Yes, our service is all year round with the exception of any adverse weather conditions.
What are pure water fed poles and why do they benefit me?
Our water fed pole system uses very strong carbon poles which carry only 100% pure water to a soft brush head at the end of the pole. Your windows, sills and frames are then scrubbed with this brush to loosen any dirt, the dirt is then flushed away with jets of pure water that come through the brush it self. This leaves a smear free finish.
Why is pure water so important for a perfect clean of my
If you use normal water over a window and wait for it to dry you will notice that it will leave streaks on your glass. These streaks are caused by chemicals, minerals and other imperfections in the actual water itself. The pure water which comes through our water fed pole system passes through a filtration system to remove these impurities, allowing for a 100% perfect clean of your windows, frames and sills.
How high can the poles reach?
The use of light weight poles enables us to reach 45ft.
Do you need a water supply at my house, or work premises, to be
able to use your water fed poles?
No, our window cleaning company has invested heavily in a professional van that contain huge water tanks of purified water actually inside them. This means that we do not need to use your water supply to clean your windows. The water in these tanks is treated on our premises and is then pumped into the tanks so as to provide our professional window cleaners the high quality water they need to do their job to a very high standard.
Can you clean conservatory roofs and any windows above my
Yes we can clean conservatory roofs with our water fed pole system, however if your windows above your conservatory are partially obscured we may not be able to clean it effectively. If you have any windows that you are concerned about please ask our evaluator when he comes to give you your free quote and he will be able to advise you if there will be a problem.
Can your pure water fed window cleaning systems clean heavy
Even the heaviest deposits can be removed effectively with our water fed pole window cleaning system. Our water fed pole system can even clean heavily soiled windows that are even covered with such deposits as moss, thick dirt and bird droppings due to the fact that it uses only pure water.
This makes our professional water fed pole system the only window
cleaning tool that should be used on your windows.
Is your water fed pole system quicker than manual window
cleaning methods as I want to reduce the disruption caused to my
staff during your window cleaning?
Definitely yes. On the vast majority of our window cleaning, on both residential and commercial properties, our water fed pole system is far more efficient than the manual approach using a ladder.
The equipment just needs to be taken off the van and is instantly ready
to use, due to the fact that our system is ladder-less, and can still
reach up to 45ft, the time we spend cleaning your windows is
On average we expect to be approximately 30% faster on residential window cleaning while up to a massive 50% faster on any commercial properties, also due to the fact that our water fed pole system is ladder-less you do not need to worry about the working at height legislation that you are unfortunately bound to by law. This legislation means that you are unfortunately liable if a window cleaner falls from a height while he is contracted by you on your premises.
How often do you clean windows?
This usually depends how clean you like your windows, the majority of our customers choose a once a month service but we offer a one off clean, weekly, or a 1, 2, or 3 monthly service on residential and commercial window cleaning.
What happens when you first come to clean my windows?
We will carry out a survey of your property to ascertain the best way to clean your windows. We do this for two reasons: 1) to ensure you get the best possible cleaning results and 2) to ensure all health and safety factors are taken into consideration. We will then get to work.
We encourage questions as we want you to be completely informed and satisfied with your window cleaning. If you have any queries feel free to ask.
Do you give an exact day and time that you will come to clean my
Due to having a large number of customers and the English weather this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances getting in the way such as traffic jams and weather. We will guarantee to clean your windows as close to the due date as we can.
What happens if I am not home when you come round?
We do not actually require that you to be home when we clean your windows. In fact the vast majority of our customers are out when we come around. If you are not home we will leave a clear receipt of the date and time that you're clean was carried out along with payment information. If for some reason we were unable to gain access to the rear of your property we will clean the front of your dwelling and charge you a reduced rate.
Do you provide interior window cleaning?
While the majority of our work is external window cleaning we do provide internal window cleaning on request. The cost of internal window cleaning is greater than external window cleaning due to the length of time required to complete the job.
It is not unusual for internal window cleaning to take double the time
of external window cleaning. This is directly linked to the fact we need
to take great care inside your home to avoid accidents (e.g. water
spillage, ornaments need to be moved etc) and the fact that we are
perfectionists we will not rush the job.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on completion of work. All due payments must be received within 14 days as requested. Or within the arranged time given. We appreciate that your life is busy and hectic. We therefore give you 14 days in which to pay us. While we understand that sometimes you may be late in paying due to unforeseen circumstances but we cannot except continued late payment or the racking up of large bills. Doing so may result in us having to withdraw you from our round. If you have any queries on this please feel free to ask.
Do you collect money in person?
You can pay in cash or cheque on the day of your clean. Please note however that we NEVER collect money in the evenings or on weekends. Con artists have been known to try and collect window cleaning money in this way. Please be careful and aware of this potential scam. If in doubt please contact us

Light rain will not affect our technicians or your windows. Remember, it is not the rain that spots the windows, but a driving rain hitting a dirty window! It is our year round service that lets us retain our qualified technicians so that we can keep the quality of your cleanings consistent.

If an inside clean is required, all window sills must be cleared and awkward net curtains removed before cleaning commences. This helps to cut down cleaning time and hence keeps the cost down.
